DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:	European Strawberry 20ml Blue Ocean Syrup 15ml
Other Ingredients:	Lemon juice 15ml Chilled water 150ml Ice 200g Espresso 1 shot Lemon slice Garnish Strawberry slice Garnish
Method:	Add blue ocean syrup and 50ml chilled water into a mixing glass with ice Stir well to chill evenly Add European strawberry syrup, lemon juice and remaining chilled water into glass and stir gently Fill the glass with ice Top up with blue ocean mix Garnish and serve
